COO Functions

A Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the daily operations of a company. COO Functions typically include the management of multiple departments, overseen by other executives, and involve planning and coordinating strategies to meet business targets and objectives. As part of their duties, the COO may be overseeing the development of products and services, managing financial budgets and resources, setting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
