Deed

A deed is a type of contract that is a legally binding agreement between two or more parties. Contracts can be verbal or written. usually for a contract to be valid, there must be an offer, acceptance of that offer, consideration (something of value must be exchanged), and mutual assent (both parties must agree to the terms of the contract). If one of these elements is missing, the contract is sometimes not valid.
