Fulfil The Contract

Fulfil The Contract Definition

A contract is an agreement between two or more parties to perform a specific task, exchange goods, or provide services. The terms of the contract are typically written in a document and signed by both parties.

In order to fulfil a contract, both parties must meet their obligations as outlined in the agreement. If one party does not fulfil their obligations, the other party may be entitled to damages. Contracts can be either verbal or written, but it is advisable to have a written contract whenever possible so that there is a clear understanding of the terms of the agreement.
