Signing A Contract

Signing A Contract Definition

When you sign a contract, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of that contract. A contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more parties. The terms of a contract can be written or oral, and they can be enforced in court if one party breaches the contract.

Contracts are typically used in business transactions, such as when you buy or sell goods or services. But contracts can also be used in other situations, such as when you lease an apartment or borrow money from a friend.

When you sign a contract, you should make sure that you understand the terms of the agreement. If there is anything that you do not understand, you should ask questions before signing. Once you sign a contract, you are legally bound by its terms and can be sued for breach of contract if you do not uphold your end of the bargain.
