Dynamic Purchasing System (Dps)

A dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is an electronic system that allows suppliers to be invited to bid for contracts during the life of the DPS.

The main advantage of using a DPS is that it helps to ensure fair and open competition, as all suppliers registered on the system are given equal opportunity to bid for contracts.

Another benefit of using a DPS is that it can save time and money, as it reduces the need for lengthy tendering processes.

To use a DPS, buyers must first create an account and then search for desired goods or services. Buyers can then invite suppliers to submit bids for specific contracts.

Once bids have been submitted, buyers will have the opportunity to review them and award the contract to the most suitable supplier.
