Performance Visibility

Performance visibility is the ability to see how well an organization is performing in relation to its goals. It includes both the ability to see how well the organization is doing overall and the ability to see how individual parts of the organization are performing.

Performance visibility is important because it allows organizations to identify areas where they need to improve and make changes. Without performance visibility, organizations would have no way of knowing whether they were meeting their goals or not.

There are many different ways to measure performance visibility. Some common methods include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
