We built oboloo for the organisations procurement software forgot: small and medium-sized businesses, charities, and lean teams inside larger organisations who still manage suppliers, contracts, and renewals in spreadsheets and email threads. Procurement tools have traditionally been built for the enterprise, priced for the enterprise, and configured by consultants. oboloo takes the capability and strips out the cost and the complexity.

💡 Why we exist

Most businesses don't fail because they can't sell. They fail because costs quietly get away from them — auto-renewals nobody flagged, suppliers nobody compared, contracts nobody tracked, savings nobody measured. A large share of software subscriptions and licences go unused or underused, and recurring spend keeps climbing while margins tighten.
