Model Context Protocol

The oboloo MCP server. Your procurement data in Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot.

Connect your assistant, sign in, and ask about suppliers, contracts, sourcing events and savings — answers from your own records, in the chat that’s already open.

Ask

Ask Claude about your contracts. It answers from oboloo.

Expiries, missing documents, sourcing deadlines, savings to date — whatever your records hold, straight out of your account, with nothing re-keyed and nothing stale.

The same answers live in the app too — meet oboloo AI.

Action

Request documents from suppliers, without leaving Copilot.

Tell your assistant who you’re missing paperwork from. oboloo lines up the emails, shows you exactly who gets one, and sends when you hit the button — then chases on its own.

Who sees what

Your assistant sees what you see in oboloo. Nothing more.

Each person connects with their own sign-in, so Claude or ChatGPT can only open the records that person could already open. A colleague asking the same question gets their answer, not yours.

Set up

Copy the MCP URL from oboloo. Paste it into your assistant.

That’s the whole job — no API keys, no client IDs, nothing to install. Sign in with the account you already have, and Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is connected.

Step-by-step guides for Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot are in the Help Centre.

Security

Asked in ChatGPT. The data never leaves oboloo.

Claude and Microsoft Copilot too: every question is answered inside your account, the reply is all the assistant holds, and your password is yours alone. It reads what you let it read — it can’t change or delete a thing.

The bridge between oboloo and your AI assistant. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot and it can read your supplier, contract, sourcing and savings records, request documents from suppliers and chase the overdue ones — without leaving the chat.
Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot all connect with the same MCP URL, and the Help Centre has a step-by-step guide for each one.
Anything your records hold: which suppliers are missing documents, what’s expiring soon, which sourcing events are closing, what savings you’ve recorded and what’s coming up this month — answered from your live oboloo data.
No. The assistant reads your records, and the only thing it can set in motion is a document request or chase — which you see as a preview and send with a click. It never edits, deletes or approves anything.
Everyone signs in with their own oboloo account, so the assistant sees exactly what that person can see in oboloo — their organisation, their records, nothing more. Your oboloo password is never shared with the assistant.
The MCP URL lives in oboloo, in the Also works in your AI tools panel. Copy it, paste it into your assistant’s connector settings and sign in with your oboloo account — no API keys, no client secrets.
