Automated renewals

Supplier documents that renew themselves.

An approved document with an expiry date does not sit there quietly going out of date. oboloo asks the supplier for the replacement before it lapses, and keeps asking until it arrives.

Automated renewals cover documents the supplier supplied, and need an expiry date to work from. Any document can be left out individually, and on existing accounts an administrator switches the whole thing on before anything is sent.

A date you set, not one you remember

Choose how many days before expiry the request goes out — 30 by default — and oboloo sends it on that day, every time, for every eligible document.

It follows up so you do not have to

If the supplier does not respond, oboloo reminds them after seven days, and again every seven, up to three times before it stops.

Nothing is overwritten

The replacement arrives as its own document. The one you already hold stays on the record and stays valid until you approve the new one, and the two remain linked.

And it tells you when it fails

After the final reminder with no reply, oboloo stops chasing and notifies the supplier owners, so a silent supplier becomes someone’s job rather than a surprise.
