Program Management Lifecycle

The Program Management Lifecycle is the official business definition for the structured process used to systematically plan, execute, and deliver a project or series of projects. It is characterized by a set of interrelated activities that must be completed in order to achieve the desired project outcome. The Program Management Lifecycle can be broken down into seven distinct phases, each of which builds on the one before it.
