Spend 365 started in 2018. In 2020 the business renamed the product oboloo, and it now trades as oboloo Limited, a private company registered in London (company number 12420854).
Spend 365 was not sold or acquired. It was a rebrand.
Because the business moved to a new company when it became oboloo. Spend-365 Ltd (company number 11305676) was set up on 12 April 2018. oboloo Limited was set up on 23 January 2020 and is active today. Once the business had moved across, the old company was no longer needed, and it was dissolved on 1 November 2022. A dissolved company on the register does not mean the software stopped.
The spend-365.com website is no longer in use and is not connected to oboloo. Everything now lives at oboloo.com.
